What is Clarity Coaching?
Clarity Coaching is a process whereby you and I work together to move you forward from where you are to where you want to be. It's about building a vision, growing, healing, gaining confidence, and regulating your thoughts and emotions.

What Happens During Coaching?
Our professional relationship moves you forward through weekly phone or video calls or meeting in person for 60 minute sessions. Lasting growth occurs in the time between sessions as you process and dig into specific exercises designed to help empower you to find new perspectives, gain clarity, set goals and boundaries, as well as, overcome challenges.
Hello! I'm Bridget.
I am an Associate Certified Coach credentialed with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I received my training through Professional Christian Coaching Institute. I am a trainee with APSATS as I have completed the Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model training.

I am a mother of 2 wonderful adult sons and have recently become a Gigi. I love spending time with my family. Prior to my divorce 6 years ago, I was in an 18 year marriage where I experienced betrayal trauma and abuse. I have spent over a decade navigating pain, grief, and trauma. I know what it's like to come out of the fog to reach a place of healing. I am passionate about walking beside and equipping women to gain clarity, confidence, and joy.

My mission is to advocate, encourage, and comfort women in their journeys of healing and growth from betrayal trauma, abuse, and divorce. I want my clients to feel heard and validated and to know their worth in God's eyes. I'm excited to partner with you on your journey!
